2015 – the second meeting with Scandinavia

The second edition of this event took place between 16 and 19 April 2015. Distinguished guests included Steen Homel, the Ambassador of Denmark, Staffan Herrström, the Ambassador of Sweden, Karsten Klepsvik, the Ambassador of Norway, and also Polish and Scandinavian music and film artists.

The 2015 Scandinavian Days ran under the banner of “The Energy of Positive Changes”. The extensive programme of the event included educational debates, demonstrations of vehicles produced in Scandinavia, the unveiling of a mural made together by artists from Szczecin and Esbjerg, Denmark, and also a cyanotype workshop for children. Concerts and meetings with musicians were also important parts of the event.

The 2015 edition saw the performances of the John Betsch Society & Cecilia Stalin, among other bands and artists, and also the 4th International Jazz Festival Me.Ba, with Thomas Dybdahl as the main act. The Scandinavian Days closed with the “Koncert Skandynawia”, a concert held as part of the Early Music Festival.
