Adam Dębowski

Since 2006, a business advisor, entrepreneur, mediator, speaker specializing in leadership, increasing efficiency, managing changes and teams and raising profits in companies. He helps making the most difficult decisions in business and organize what is now in chaos. He is also a business psychologist and in his work he often focuses on raising emotional intelligence in the business and psychology of the future.

He works for executives of companies such as Śnieżka, Samsung, Orange, and Metlife. He helps people and companies with changes, with particular emphasis on the mentality of managers and employees, by helping overcome their internal limitations. He also helps people and businesses break through glass ceilings by working on their own and other people's resistance. He supports people in dealing with the most difficult moments in life, internal overload, stagnation in business or burnout.

Since 2009, together with his wife, he has been running a company, what makes him constantly in contact with the realities of management, sales and marketing. Maciej Jankowski

Netcamp Foundation CEO / co-founder of Start-up Poland / TechStars Startup Weekend Szczecin

Maciej is the founder and president of the Internet Industry Development Foundation Netcamp, where he builds “the Silicon Valley” in the minds of people, promotes knowledge sharing, cooperation and networking. For almost 10 years he has been developing Szczecin's largest technology and start-up community by organizing Netcamp - inspiring IT meetings and Techstars Startup Weekend Szczecin, the latest edition of AI.

As co-founder of Start-up Poland Maciej helps creating better conditions for the development of start-ups in Poland. He received the Auler industry award for his activities and was a finalist of the European Enterprise Awards for supporting technology entrepreneurship. The creator of the vision "100 programmers for Szczecin" which includes training a hundred programmers every year to support the development of the local IT industry. Currently, he focuses on combining start-ups with corporate partners (fintech, IoT, Industry 4.0) and funding as part of the Idea Global accelerator.

Maciej is passionate about technology and marketing as well as a startup geek. For many years he has been involved in internet marketing, mainly SEM / Google Ads and web analytics. He is a leader of TEDxSzczecin which has been promoting ideas worth spreading for 7 years now.

Marcin Kaczmarek

CEO Consileon in Poland

a company that is part of the German Consileon group, which specializes in IT consulting, application development and support key business processes. He operates mainly in such sectors as finance and banking, automotive and trade.

Under his supervision, the company has implemented almost 120 IT projects for companies from around the world - from the USA to Hong Kong. Among his clients are the largest global banks, global brands of the automotive industry and startups from Silicon Valley. For many years, he has been a member of the IT cluster management board.

He is a co-founder of the Szczecin FinTech Hub - a group of companies that create software for banks and financial organizations and institutions, as well as one of the initiators of JAVIPS meetings for Java technology experts.

Martalena Madej

Head of the Foreign Sales Office in Oslo

She is an experienced project manager, especially in the areas of foreign direct investment, strategy building and communication. She developed her competences at the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW S.A.), Credit Suisse and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

A graduate of the Master of Business Administration at Franklin University and College of Banking, English Philology at the University of Wrocław, postgraduate studies in translation (Polish-English) at the Institute of English Studies at the University of Wrocław and studies of Polish as a foreign language and Polish culture for foreigners at the Institute of Polish Philology of the University of Wrocław.

Working professionally and privately with Norway. In love with Oslo, she is fascinated by Norwegian culture and language.

Daria Nowak

is the most active Polish volcano of energy. For 16 years on stage, for 6 years on the television screen as a presenter. Experienced and passionate master of ceremonies. Advocate of the motto: "You cannot change the past, but you can create the future." Privately a squash, real estate, travel and inspirational reading fan. People are very important in her life - it is them who create history.

Daniel Larsson

Currently holds the position of Counsellor at the Embassy of Sweden in Warsaw

Head of Business Promotion and Communication. In this role he is responsible for supporting business relations between Sweden and Poland. For more than 10 years he has actively developed Swedish business in the CEE region, with Poland as the main market. Up until 2016 he was head of Business Sweden (The Swedish Trade and Invest Council) in Poland, Romania and Ukraine, from 2016 he works for the Embassy of Sweden.

Swedish origin with Polish roots and with a passion for business development on foreign markets, working with both start-ups, small businesses as well as with strategic projects. One of the priorities for the Embassy of Sweden in 2019 is to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between Sweden and Poland with innovation.

Przemysław Krzywania

CEO EBKF

He has been in the IT industry since 2008. He started from mobile devices with Windows CE in C ++, then Adobe Flex and C #. He now works on Full-Stack, mainly using PHP. Since 2015 he has been running projects related to IIOT, Industry 4.0 and Fintech in EBKF. He is a fan of an agile approach to software development.

He manages a team of programmers and electronics specialists implementing projects in the field of Industry 4.0 and in particular IIoT - Industrial Internet of Things. The EBKF team has been building its competence in this area since 2008, when it created the world's first system for remote management of car washes. Based on these experience, they have built and developed EBKF Fleet Manager, which is a universal system for remote monitoring of machines regardless of their age and manufacturer.

Marek Jan Kubik

A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). He has many years of experience on managerial positions in government and local government administration as well as extensive business experience gained while working in private enterprises in Poland and Germany.

He is an initiator of many projects related to the modern industry services in Szczecin. He is the author of the strategy of searching for investors for the City of Szczecin and Invest in Szczecin brand.

Since 2015, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency Ltd., successfully implementing a program of supporting and strengthening local entrepreneurs on the national and international arena.

Tomas Petersson

Director and owner of Swedish Company.

Expert on Polish market for Swedish business. He has very extensive international experience and great understanding and insight in various cultures and business cultures. He has great knowledge of international networking, in terms of business as well as organisational and official contacts.

He has many years of experience on the market working as an Export Sales Representative at Perstorp AB (1984 – 1987), Project Manager / Consultant at The New Welfare Foundation in Stockholm (1989 – 1992). The years1992-2001 was the period when he worked as a fulltime politician for the city of Helsingborg and Region Skåne. Between 2001 to 2012 he was an International Development Manager/Business development Manager in Malmö and then worked for two years as a Business development Manager in Sustainable Business Hub, Malmö. At present he works mainly for large companies in the Swedish building industry, importing building materials from Poland to Sweden.

Tomasz Łasecki

CEO POMERANGELS ASI SA a venture capital fund investing with Business Angels.

Tomasz has 15 years of experience in supporting technology companies at an early stage of development. Co-creator of AMBER Business Angels Network which he has been managing operationally for nine years. He has completed or supported several dozen capital transactions in technology companies. Organizer of a number of initiatives for startups, among others AMBER forums or one of the first acceleration program in Poland the Global Startup Challenge.

Recently, he manages the POMERANGELS fund, which together with business angels provides smart money financing.

Kim Esben Jørgensen

He co-founded Icotera in 2007, and from the early days worked as the technical driving force within the company as Chief Technology Officer. Besides his role as CTO, Kim also, on a daily basis runs technical support, the team of pre-sales engineers and drives product innovation.

Prior to the work at Icotera, Kim worked for Telenor, initially as the Head of IT and Internet Deployment, and later also as a member of the management team. Kim was involved in everything from daily operations to strategic planning. In this work Kim managed and designed one of the very first successful FTTH builds in Denmark - which inspired the later entrepreneurship.

Kim has always worked and studied in the world of IT, which focus on infrastructure and creating simple solutions for complex problems.

Andreas Hastbeck

He is focused on introducing the company technology to as many potential partners as possible while building a world-class team to drive the future of cloud gaming. He has more than 5 years of experience as an accountant from Deloitte and as a Financial Controller at Financial Institute known as Amagerbanken A/S. His experiences range from auditing/controlling to administrative tasks, but also include managing teams of between 3-8 individuals performing different auditing tasks. He co-funded OnePlay which was a game download platform available worldwide and managed it for 8 years. Has sourced funding, build partnerships and run all operational tasks in the company. He has the Danish education HD in Accounting & Financial Management which is an updated, business-relevant graduate degree program. This degree is known in Denmark as an HD(R).
