Piotr Krzystek

Mayor of the City of Szczecin

A legal advisor and manager, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He has tied his life to Szczecin and his professional career to public service. During his work in public administration, he progressed through all professional levels—from junior inspector to Director General of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office. In 2006, he became the Mayor of Szczecin and continues to hold this position to this day.

Agnieszka Zielińska

Managing Director Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce

Agnieszka has nearly 15 years of experience in supporting the development of Scandinavian investors in Poland and strengthening the strategic economic partnership between Poland and Scandinavia. She has built her expertise in an international business environment, specializing in relationship building, communication, marketing and sales. A business trainer, lecturer, and moderator, she actively promotes Scandinavian business models, particularly in the areas of green economy, decarbonization, ESG, and modern workplaces. She is a graduate of the University of Wrocław, WSB in Wrocław, and the SET School of Business Trainers.

Susanne B. Christensen

Head of Partner Engagement, Healthcare Denmark

She has extensive experience and a strong network within the life science ecosystem. She has worked for more than two decades at the intersection of public and private stakeholders, with a strong focus on building partnerships that create value and impact across the healthcare and life science sectors – both nationally and internationally. Susanne holds a master's degree in communication and business development from Roskilde University.

Sebastian Gulka

VP HA Operations & General Manager, Demant Operations Poland Sp. z o.o.

Manager with many years of experience, fascinated with technology and its use in industrial process optimisation. Highly qualified in value stream mapping, FMEA analysis, Toyota production system, Kanban methodology and delivery chain management. Robotic automation engineer and MA in production business management. Motorcycling enthusiast and off-road passionate, who loves skiing and caravaning as well.

Prof. Leszek Domański, MD, PhD

Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin

Highly regarded specialist in internal medicine, nephrology, and clinical transplantation. He graduated in medicine from the University of Rostock and has permanently associated his professional and academic career with the Department of Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Transplantology at the Pomeranian Medical University (PUM) in Szczecin.

He was awarded the title of Professor of Medical Sciences in 2011, consistently developing his research and teaching achievements. Within the university’s structure, he has previously held important managerial positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and Vice- Rector for Clinical Affairs. He currently serves as the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin for the 2024–2028 term.

Magdalena Gogłoza

Event producer, SYTObrunch

Event producer and initiator of socio-cultural projects, creator of the SYTObrunch project, under which she has organized over 60 gatherings for the residents of Szczecin. SYTO is an idea that brings people together around a shared table through plant-based cuisine, conversation, and mindful presence in unexpected urban spaces. The project builds community and relationships while showcasing Szczecin from a different, more intimate and local perspective. She is currently developing GESTY Fair, a curated event that brings together design, craftsmanship, and culture, strengthening the local creative community and fostering a conscious audience.

Kamila Borek-Tucholska

Regional Director at IKEA

With over 15 years of experience in the retail sector, she has developed her career in sales, management, and customer relationship building. Previously, as Country Customer Relations Manager at IKEA Poland, she was responsible for designing and implementing strategies to transform sales channels in response to changing market needs. In her current role, she combines responsibility for business performance, cost efficiency, and the development of the organization and its people. She places particular emphasis on building engaged teams, creating succession plans for key positions, and implementing initiatives that support employee satisfaction and development.

Witold Sałandyk

Executive Senior Vice President at 3Shape and General Manager of 3Shape Poland

Witold has broad, over 25-year experience, not only in medical industry but also in the international automotive sector, where he has held various executive and senior leadership roles. Outside of work, he is married and the father of an 18-year-old son. In his free time, he is passionate about sailing and motorcycling.

Krystyna Streich

Director of the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer, Westpomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin

For over 17 years, she has been working at the intersection of science and business, supporting the development of innovative projects, the process of technology implementation, and collaboration between researchers and enterprises. In the past, she led a team of technology brokers and coordinated an international project within the Enterprise Europe Network. She specializes in technology commercialization, digitalization, and building development strategies and business models. She supports companies in internationalization and in gaining access to modern solutions.

Jacek Wójcikowski

Director of CIG – Centre for Economic Initiatives at the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Region

On a daily basis, he supports investors in Western Pomerania and regional exporters in foreign markets. He is involved in promoting cooperation between science and business, innovation and smart specialisation. Previously, he was Head of the Trade and Investment Promotion Department at the Polish Embassy in Copenhagen and Trade Attaché at the Polish Embassy in Dublin. He also worked as a manager at an Irish consulting company. 

Wojciech Faszczewski

CEO, Coloplast Business Centre

For the last 16 years CEO of Coloplast Business Centre strategic arm of Coloplast A/S- Danish global med tech company. Previously multiple senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, working in USA, Austria, Brazil, France. Active angel investor , mentor at MIT program for startups, initiator of Westpomeranian MED HUB. 

dr n. med. Anna Muzykiewicz-Szymańska

Assistant professor, Department of Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin

As a qualified cosmetologist and chemical technologist, her scientific work focuses on the study and practical application of natural raw materials. Her main research areas include the extraction of plant-based materials, analysis of their phytochemical profiles, and evaluation of their dermocosmetic potential. She also conducts research on the penetration of active ingredients through the skin barrier and their application in modern cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations. As a dedicated educator, she shares her expertise in formulation and cosmetic technology, while promoting the idea of healthy and conscious skincare.
