The proposed collection contains 90 of the most representative works, selected from the existing canon of Norwegian fairy tales, completely re-told and mostly not yet presented to the Polish-speaking reader. This edition is therefore unique on the Polish book market, it presents Norwegian folk tales in the form most similar to the original, without illustrations and in the full version.

MEETING WITH SCANDINAVIAN MOVIE

BORG/MCENROE.
(„Borg McEnroe”, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, 100’)

Dir.: Janus Metz Cast: Sverrir Gudnason, Shia LaBeouf, Stellan Skarsgard

Wimbledon 1980. The whole world is holding its breath. The final match begins. Bjorn Borg, the best tennis player in the world, will defend his championship for the fifth time. Cool, composed and effective - he is an audience favorite. However, no one knows about the drama taking place off the court. The nearly 24-year-old tennis player is a physical and mental wreck, devastated by murderous trainings that also ruin his private life. His opponent is 20-year-old John McEnroe, impulsive and explosive, determined to take the place of his current idol. What is the price of success?

The screening as part of the Scandinavian Days 2021. The film sessions at the Delta Club are preceded by a meeting with Krzysztof Spór - a film journalist, who introduces the subject of the film through a specially prepared lecture.

The organizer reserves the right to change the programme. There is a sanitary regime on site (including the availability of 50% of places). Admission: PLN 5 (Active Senior Academy) / PLN 10.
